It's another great day at the 2008 ICS World's Championship Chili Cookoff! We will be crowning a new World's Champion Salsa Cook and a new World's Champion Chili Verde cook. 10:45 - SALSA Contestants Register and Receive Salsa Cup
11:30 - SALSA Contestants Turn in Salsa – SALSA Judges Meeting at Judging Tent
12:00 - CHILI VERDE Cooks Start Your Fires - Music Begins - SALSA Judging Begins
12:30 - Best Booth Decoration and Showmanship Judging Begins
1:00 - People’s Choice Chili Sampling Begins (NO SAMPLING BEFORE 1:00)
